About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Performance & eCommerce Manager to lead online growth across a fast-growing fashion eCommerce business.

This is a pivotal role for a strategic and hands-on digital leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to play a meaningful part in scaling an ambitious brand.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will own the digital growth engine across paid media, eCommerce trading, onsite conversion and customer journey optimisation, with direct responsibility for driving revenue performance.

You will lead a support team of three and have the autonomy to shape strategy, influence decisions and deliver measurable commercial impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Own performance across paid media channels including Meta and Google
  • Manage external agency/freelance partners to maximise return on ad spend and channel efficiency
  • Lead creative briefing and testing strategy to improve acquisition performance
  • Drive budget allocation decisions and scaling opportunities based on performance data
  • eCommerce Trading & Revenue Optimisation
  • Own weekly and monthly eCommerce sales, traffic and conversion targets
  • Develop and execute digital trade plans aligned to campaigns, launches and promotions
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities across product, offer, channel and customer journey
  • Analyse digital performance to inform trading and investment decisions
  • Website & CRO
  • Oversee onsite trading and campaign execution across homepage, landing pages and promotional activity
  • Optimise customer journey and site experience to improve conversion and AOV
  • Build and manage CRO testing roadmap to continuously improve site performance
  • Lead a small team
  • Lead and develop a team of three across digital execution and support functions
  • Manage workflow, prioritisation and performance across the digital team
  • Foster a high-performance, commercially focused team culture

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 4+ years’ experience in eCommerce, digital growth, performance marketing or trading roles
  • Proven track record driving online revenue growth in a DTC or retail business
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy across Meta and Google
  • Deep commercial understanding of eCommerce KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, CVR and AOV
  • Experience leading teams and managing agency/freelance partners
  • Highly analytical with strong data interpretation skills
  • Shopify and GA4 experience preferred
  • Commercially minded, proactive and highly accountable
