We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Manager to join the team based on the Sunshine Coast. This role involves driving operational and team performance, refining processes, and leading a small team while mentoring staff to deliver excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Warehouse leadership experience: Around 5+ years in warehousing or fulfilment within an e-commerce/DTC environment, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Operations and inventory expertise: Strong background in receiving, dispatch, and inventory management systems, with knowledge of lean warehousing practices.
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented: Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and a focus on maintaining efficient, well-structured processes.
  • Hands-on problem solver: Proactive mindset with the ability to identify operational issues, implement improvements, and support day-to-day warehouse tasks when needed.
  • Strong communication and practical skills: Confident working with small teams, strong computer and analytical skills, solid literacy and numeracy, and full working rights in Australia.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across inbound and outbound logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment for both DTC and B2B channels.
  • Lead and develop the warehouse team, providing mentorship, allocating workloads, and driving performance against KPIs.
  • Establish and refine operational processes, ensuring procedures are followed consistently while maintaining strong WHS standards.
  • Manage inventory control and loss prevention, including cycle counts, faulty claims, product restoration, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with CX and Finance, prioritising orders, managing courier relationships, and reporting daily operational performance to leadership.
