An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing & Digital to take ownership of the full marketing and eCommerce strategy for a well-established Australian womenswear brand entering its next phase of growth.

With over 20 years in market, this brand has built a loyal customer base and strong reputation within the premium fashion space. As the business continues to scale both locally and internationally, they are seeking a commercially minded marketing leader who can drive performance, strengthen operations and lead the digital growth strategy.

This role will report directly to the General Manager and lead a small but high-performing team.

A relocation package is available for interstate candidates, including support with removals, temporary accommodation and travel during the transition period.

The Role

This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving revenue growth across digital channels while continuing to elevate the brand globally.

Working closely with the General Manager and Creative Director, you will shape and execute the marketing roadmap, optimise the digital ecosystem and lead the team through the next stage of scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

Marketing & Growth

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy across digital, CRM, eCommerce and brand
  • Drive revenue growth across customer acquisition, retention and conversion
  • Oversee experimentation and optimisation across the customer journey
  • Manage the international marketing calendar and expansion into new markets

Digital Performance

  • Own the performance of key digital channels including Klaviyo, paid media, email marketing and website optimisation
  • Partner with agency specialists where required while maintaining strategic oversight
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRO, personalisation and customer lifetime value

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of three marketing specialists
  • Establish clear processes, priorities and performance expectations
  • Foster a culture of speed, accountability and continuous improvement

Creative & Brand

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to deliver high-impact campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Maintain creative quality while scaling marketing output
  • Operations & Commercial Performance
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, systems and technology
  • Work closely with leadership to maximise marketing ROI and profitability

Innovation & Technology

  • Stay ahead of emerging tools and technologies including AI and marketing automation
  • Introduce new systems, platforms and approaches that improve performance and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS +

We’re looking for a commercially driven marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability.

You will likely bring:

  • 10+ years experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Proven success driving revenue growth for fashion, retail or lifestyle brands
  • Strong experience across CRM, performance marketing, and CRO
  • Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo and email lifecycle marketing
  • Strategic understanding of paid media and attribution
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to move quickly and make confident decisions
  • A passion for innovation, technology and the future of digital marketing
