The Role

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the brand’s social media strategy across key platforms. From content planning and campaign execution to community engagement and performance tracking, you’ll ensure the brand stays culturally relevant and visually compelling across digital channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to align social activity with product launches, brand campaigns, and business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Develop and deliver a social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and online sales
  • Plan and manage the content calendar across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Create and oversee engaging content including organic posts, campaigns, and user-generated content
  • Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategy and achieve KPIs
  • Stay across emerging social trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
  • Build and nurture an engaged online community through active interaction and creative initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activity

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media management, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and performance analytics
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations and community growth
  • Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for fashion and digital culture
