About the job:
We're looking for a CRM & CRO Specialist who can join our clients team on an ongoing part-time contract (8 hours/week) to take their email marketing, customer journeys, and onsite experience to the next level. Their list dates back to 2012, and while we’ve consistently sent weekly campaigns, we’ve only scratched the surface. This role is for someone who thrives on *execution*, takes initiative, and can turn their rich creative assets and customer data into revenue-driving flows and conversion uplift.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience building and scaling flows in Klaviyo (with fashion or DTC brands)
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO best practices, pop-ups, segmentation
Strong grasp of customer psychology and lifecycle marketingEye for design and copywriting that drives clicks and sales
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail – you know how to execute fast
Bonus: experience integrating with Shopify, GA4, Polar Analytics or Triple Whale

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Build, test, and optimise Klaviyo flows across the full lifecycle (welcome, nurture, post-purchase, win-back, lapsed, VIP, cross-sell)
- Use our brand content to create community-driven and styling-focused journeys
- Increase repeat purchases, engagement and brand love via targeted personalisation
- Develop site-wide CRO initiatives: improve pop-ups, test messaging, reduce bounce
- Identify customer segments that respond to styling hooks, storytelling, and social proof
- Track and report performance across flows, campaigns, and onsite experiments
- Work with our founder, eCommerce team, and designers to brief, test and iterate quickly
REQUIREMENTS +
