GRAPHIC DESIGNER | FINISHED ARTIST | LICENSING

About the company:

A creative force in the world of brand licensing, this company connects ideas, products, and people to build partnerships that stand out.

About the job:

This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced creative studio, developing innovative apparel design concepts that bring brands to life across retail. You’ll create placement prints for licensor and retailer approval, manage timelines, and ensure brand style guides are consistently applied across all design collateral. From maintaining a print resource library to liaising with suppliers on artwork, layouts, and Pantone colours, you’ll play a key part in turning creative ideas into commercially ready products.

Working both independently and collaboratively, you’ll own projects from concept through to final artwork - designing, illustrating, and refining along the way. You’ll partner closely with designers, marketers, and suppliers to deliver standout, trend-led solutions that push creative boundaries. If you’re passionate about apparel design, fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is a chance to make a tangible impact on brand expression and retail success.

What you’ll bring:

You’re a qualified Graphic Designer or Finished Artist with a strong creative eye and at least four years’ industry experience under your belt. Confident across apparel, product, and packaging design, you bring a solid understanding of fabrics, yardage prints, and the nuances of retail fashion.
