RESPONSIBILITIES +

You will:

  • Embed and lead the HR Function within the business – from championing Employment Hero to compliance, HR project planning and company culture.
  • Conduct annual and pay reviews.
  • Review and update position descriptions, contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop employee development initiatives.
  • Be a champion of Culture and Values – rolling out an employee handbook for HQ and Retail, celebrating employee work and personal milestones.
  • Building engagement surveys, reviewing finding and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS +

About you:

We're on the lookout for a talented HR lead looking for work-life balance – 2 days per week, to set up and lead the HR function across HQ and Retail and reporting directly into the founders. You must have knowledge of Employment Hero and be well versed in embedding HR into businesses. Ideally you come from a retail/fashion background.
