We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Operations Manager to become an integral member of our team to implement and manage systems and processes through our next phase of growth. We are a small thriving, and dynamic business that’s growing quicky and requires an ops manager who is motivated, driven, results-oriented and excited to work in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate is an operational thinker who is driven to develop and implement successful processes. This role will be responsible to oversee daily operations and develop and implement problem-solving systems that can be seamlessly deployed across the business, that streamline business practices into smart, time-saving, and effective solutions.

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role ensuring every aspect of the business operation is efficient and predictable, whilst measuring KPIs to determine the highest calibre of performance. The Operations Manager will report into the leadership team, supporting our exciting omni-channel business.

We are searching for an ops manager with a robust background in the eCom, jewellery or fashion industries, with a successful track record of developing, implementing & improving business processes, to allow for greater organisational efficiencies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Management of logistics - ensuring an efficient operation in relation to time and cost

  • Oversee the critical path - ensuring deadlines are met and pre-empting pitfalls

  • Measuring KPI’s - nurturing productivity & performance

  • Process Improvement – proactively identify areas of improvement

  • Assessing requirements - project and resource management

  • Forward thinking - developing and implementing processes for future growth

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Cultural alignment with the brand

  • Strong analytical and systems capabilities

  • Proven experience as an existing Operations Manager with a background in eCommerce, fashion sales (retail/wholesale) with a thorough understanding of operations, logistics, warehouse & inventory management to motivate, and enable performance outcomes

  • Outstanding communicator with strong listening, interpersonal skills and high attention to detail

  • Experience with Cin7 and Employment Hero desired

  • Ensure a smooth and predictable process to allow for efficient delivery of the goods and products

  • Implement new processes to streamline workflows and optimise output

  • Enjoys and thrives developing and implementing best in class operational solutions

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, change driven environment while having a can-do optimistic attitude

  • Attend and report at weekly staff meetings
