 About You 

You should be a powerhouse in administration with sharp attention to detail, demonstrated organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities. A proactive, can-do attitude, coupled with a customer-centric mindset and autonomy, is vital. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate to Advanced level) and a creative flair are essential. Prior experience in an Administrator role (2+ years essential), prior experience in product development and apparel, is advantageous. 

 The Role  

As the Product Assistant, you will be successful in ensuring the effective, timely and smooth running of the day-today administrative operations of our product development team. 

  • Coordinate the back-end process of licensed merchandise submissions and product approvals, including preparing and dispatching development samples for brand owner review. 

  • Ensure accurate capture of all revisions through the online portal to maintain up-to-date and precise product information. 

  • Maintain product development trackers meticulously using MS Word and Excel. 

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a diverse, marketable product range by continuously monitoring competitor and market trends, endorsing brand integrity. 

  • Support cost and price parameter management and assist with sales presentations. 

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of retailer campaigns. 

  • Take a leading role in creative development to inspire action among target audiences. 

  • Provide service and coordination for a wide range of stakeholders, including licensors, agencies, suppliers, and various internal company departments. 

  • Assist with visual merchandising and presentation of showrooms and exhibitions as needed. 

  • Handle general sales and marketing administration tasks.
