SENIOR UX DESIGNER | FASHION ECOMMERCE | SYDNEY


A leading Australian fashion eCommerce brand is on the lookout for a UX Designer to join their Digital Design Team and elevate the online shopping experience for their global audience.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the look, feel, and functionality of a rapidly growing online platform. You’ll lead the charge on new features and bring a fresh, customer-first perspective to the existing site - combining creativity with analytical insight to create an effortless user journey.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with an eye for aesthetics, who thrives on data-driven decision-making and loves turning insights into elegant, effective design. You’ll work closely with development, graphics, and digital teams - but you’ll be the go-to expert when it comes to user experience.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based near Alexandria, NSW.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Design and deliver new website features that enhance usability and reflect the brand’s visual identity.
  • Conduct holistic redesigns of existing site areas to improve flow, engagement, and conversion.
  • Establish and manage analytics: define metrics, run A/B tests, and present insights to guide UX refinements.
  • Create digital assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Collaborate with graphics, marketing, analytics, and development teams to create seamless and cohesive user experiences.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 4–5 years’ experience with web design tools such as Figma or Zeplin, and strong knowledge of developer handoff techniques.
  • Proven ability to turn data-driven insights into wireframes and prototypes that improve performance.
  • Strong background in eCommerce UX, with an understanding of customer conversion and online retail best practices.
  • Ability to anticipate and design for edge cases, form states, and micro-interactions.
  • Proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Skilled in responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate UX decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of visual design and brand alignment.
