The Opportunity:
You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director to define the brand’s seasonal direction — leading the design and product teams in developing cohesive, forward-thinking collections that stay true to the brand’s handwriting. From concept through to campaign, your influence will touch every detail — silhouette, fabric, colour, and storytelling.
What you’ll do:
Lead the creative vision, ensuring each collection feels modern yet distinctly “brand-right.”
Design key seasonal silhouettes and guide designers to deliver a cohesive product offering.
Direct trend, print, and accessories development — ensuring design flow across all categories.
Partner with patternmakers and technical teams to achieve impeccable fit and finish.
Set colour and fabric direction, working with local and international suppliers.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing to translate design into campaign and content narratives.
Travel for research and inspiration when required.
