RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Own the end-to-end planning strategy across multiple product categories
  • Lead budget, forecasting, and open-to-buy planning to achieve sales and margin goals
  • Partner with Buying to build strategic assortments that balance creativity and commerciality
  • Manage trading activity, promotional and markdown planning to maximise profitability
  • Analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to drive results
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior planners to strengthen team capability and succession
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align planning with company goals and future strategy
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best-practice planning processes

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven experience in a senior merchandise planning role (fashion or accessories preferred)
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach
  • Advanced analytical and commercial capability with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel and merchandise planning systems
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
