RESPONSIBILITIES +
- You’ll be the go-to for all things finance, from the daily rhythm of reconciliations and reporting to the bigger picture of business analysis and profitability. You’ll ensure the numbers tell a story, guiding decision-making across every department.
- Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and compliance
- Prepare management reports, financial statements, and performance dashboards
- Analyse profitability, cost centres, and product margins to inform commercial decisions
- Partner with leadership, operations, and design to translate numbers into strategy
- Streamline processes, improve systems, and introduce smarter ways of working using Xero, Monday.com, BI tools, or automations
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Maintain governance and accuracy across reporting and recordkeeping
REQUIREMENTS +

- Background in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance, ideally with exposure to end-to-end business operations
- Strong financial literacy, including management reporting, reconciliations, and cost analysis
- Excellent systems knowledge; confident in Xero and eager to explore automation or data tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn financial data into meaningful business insights
- High attention to detail, accountability, and a genuine love for process improvement
- Comfort working in a dynamic, creative environment with lean teams
- CPA or CA qualification (or in progress) highly regarded but not essential
