RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Lead, grow, and empower a high-performing team: Manage and mentor Leads, Brokers, and Associates — fostering a culture of accountability, creative excellence, and proactive communication. Provide coaching, structure, and clear growth pathways to elevate team capability and output.
  • Build operational systems that scale: Develop streamlined, tech-enabled workflows for outreach, contracting, content review, reporting, and payments. Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Tech to strengthen structure, efficiency, and overall creator experience.
  • Lead the overarching creator strategy: Drive the long-term vision and direction for influencer marketing — aligning creator programs, campaign storytelling, and partnership models with business goals, seasonal priorities, and emerging cultural moments.
  • Own high-level talent management & relationships: Build, cultivate, and maintain a global network of creators across all tiers. Act as the senior relationship lead for major partners, ensuring strong retention, smooth negotiations, and authentic, high-impact collaborations.
  • Ensure content excellence & brand alignment: Oversee content quality, approvals, and standards — ensuring every creator deliverable meets brand identity, legal/FTC compliance, and platform-specific best practices while driving engagement and virality.
  • Drive performance optimisation through data & insights: Monitor core influencer KPIs (engagement, CPM, virality, EMV, participation, ROI). Use insights to refine creator rosters, partnership models, and campaign strategies in real time across markets and platforms.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 10+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or digital brand strategy
  • With a proven track record leading large-scale creator programs across multiple tiers, markets, and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience managing senior talent managers, brokers, or partnership leads, with a coaching style that elevates communication, performance, and culture.
  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems, social trends, and platform innovation
  • Comfortable navigating TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, emerging platforms, and broader cultural touchpoints (music, TV, sports, etc.) to stay ahead of creator trends.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Confident using data to optimise performance, measure ROI/EMV, evaluate talent, guide budget allocation, and refine strategy in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Experienced in securing high-value deals, managing complex creator partnerships, navigating escalations diplomatically, and maintaining long-term trust with creators, managers, and agencies.
