As the Store Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership position, shaping the store’s success and driving its overall performance. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, inspiring your team to excel, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the essence of the brand. Combining a strong commercial mindset with a focus on people development, sales results, stock management, and visual presentation, you’ll create a seamless and high-performing retail environment. Your commitment to team engagement, brand integrity, and customer connection will play a key part in achieving sustained growth and outstanding store results.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Leadership & Team Development – Inspire, coach, and empower teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and a high-performance culture while developing future leaders.
- Customer Experience – Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered, handle feedback and complaints effectively, and embed the company’s service model across the store.
- Sales & Profit Growth – Drive revenue and profitability through execution of company strategies, promotions, visual merchandising, and data-driven performance monitoring.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee daily store operations, maintain presentation and safety standards, execute national initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
- Inventory & Stock Management – Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, reduce shrinkage, and train the team in loss prevention and security procedures.
- Financial & Performance Management – Manage budgets, analyse KPIs, make data-driven decisions, and implement strategies to achieve profit targets and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail leadership role within a similar-sized business, preferably managing multi-branded products.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and profitability, with the ability to implement strategies and monitor performance through KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Exceptional focus on customer experience, with experience embedding service models, handling feedback, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Solid expertise in operational excellence, inventory management, and compliance, including cash handling, stock control, visual merchandising, and risk management.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management, data-driven decision-making, and achieving commercial targets.
