The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role for a strategic operator with experience in beauty or FMCG. You will oversee end-to-end operations, from supply chain and logistics to e-commerce and retail operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers worldwide.

This role will work closely with leadership, suppliers, and internal teams to optimise processes and scale operations efficiently. Some travel may be required for supplier visits, events, and retail launches.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Lead and optimise daily operations across logistics, fulfilment, and customer service
- Manage supplier relationships, couriers, and 3PL partners to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee inventory management across Shopify, e-commerce platforms, and retail distribution partners
- Implement scalable systems for order fulfilment, returns, and after-sales support
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to ensure campaigns and operational readiness are aligned
- Ensure compliance with relevant international and local regulatory requirements
- Monitor operational KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost management, and customer experience
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management within beauty or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, CRM, marketing tools, and inventory systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent problem-solving, vendor management, and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
- Passionate about beauty and wellness, with a desire to scale a disruptive brand
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits, events, and retail launches
