RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Drive product through the development cycle, from concept to final samples
  • Partner closely with design and buying to bring innovative, trend-forward ideas to life
  • Source and manage materials, trims, and factories to deliver best-in-class products
  • Oversee fit sessions, approvals, and quality standards to ensure brand consistency
  • Work cross-functionally to meet critical path timelines and deliver collections at speed

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Experience in Product Development, ideally within apparel, fashion, or e-commerce
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and product lifecycles
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity, quality, and speed
  • A degree in a relevant field and 5 years experience OR 12 years’ experience (visa requirement)
  • Australian (or American) passport
