RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Drive product through the development cycle, from concept to final samples
- Partner closely with design and buying to bring innovative, trend-forward ideas to life
- Source and manage materials, trims, and factories to deliver best-in-class products
- Oversee fit sessions, approvals, and quality standards to ensure brand consistency
- Work cross-functionally to meet critical path timelines and deliver collections at speed
REQUIREMENTS +
- Experience in Product Development, ideally within apparel, fashion, or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and product lifecycles
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity, quality, and speed
- A degree in a relevant field and 5 years experience OR 12 years’ experience (visa requirement)
- Australian (or American) passport
