FASHION WHOLESALE REPRESENTATIVE | SYDNEY | $80-$85K + SUPER + ALLOWANCE


Our client is a well-established Australian fashion house, proudly home to two iconic womenswear brands. With nearly two decades of industry experience, their labels are celebrated for delivering feminine, contemporary, and effortlessly stylish pieces designed for the modern woman. From elevated everyday essentials to trend-forward statement styles, their collections consistently embody quality, versatility, and a distinctly Australian aesthetic.

After promoting internally, our client is now seeking a driven and passionate Wholesale Sales Representative to manage and grow the NSW customer base, and support existing sales agents across Australia and internationally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment and is excited by the opportunity to build long-lasting client relationships and contribute to brand growth.

Note: This role requires travel to all NSW customers, including regional stores for seasonal showings. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are essential.

Salary: $80-$85k + super + product allowance and travel costs

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Account Management & Sales Growth
  • Manage and grow wholesale accounts across NSW, driving seasonal sales targets and building strong, ongoing relationships with both regional and metro-based clients.
  • Seasonal Sales Execution
  • Lead seasonal showroom appointments, manage product showings, and deliver sales presentations that align with brand direction and customer needs.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis
  • Track and report on sales performance, sell-through, and account performance using tools such as Excel and JOOR. Identify growth opportunities and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Inventory & Order Management
  • Oversee the order process from entry through to delivery, including management of ATS (Available to Sell) stock and support of inventory flow across key accounts.
  • Collaboration Across Teams
  • Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of seasonal plans, campaigns, and sales assets.
  • Support National & International Sales Functions
  • Assist with broader sales operations including order reconciliation, analysis reporting, sample coordination, and support of agents or distributors when required.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 4–5+ years' experience in fashion or apparel wholesale sales (branded or design-led labels preferred)
  • A results-driven mindset and proven sales success
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Solid Excel skills and attention to detail in reporting
  • A passion for women’s fashion and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
