The Role
We’re on the lookout for a senior creatives -someone who lives and breathes design and knows how to translate vision into product. Whether you’re a seasoned Senior Designer or already sitting at Design Director level, this role could be your next big move. You’ll bring a strategic, elevated eye, guide and mentor an already talented team, and be an extension of the brand’s creative DNA.
You Bring
We’re open-minded on title and background, but what we can’t compromise on is strong experience across all womenswear categories. Premium or luxury brand experience is ideal, but if your personal style and portfolio speak for themselves, we want to hear from you. You’ve got at least 4–5 years under your belt, you’ve led teams before, and you know how to produce polished CADs and detailed technical sketches. Creativity, collaboration, and commercial awareness? That’s your lane.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Forecasting and shaping seasonal trends before anyone else sees them coming
- Translating research into sketches, mood boards and fresh concepts
- Designing product that is on-brand, on-budget, and on-time
- Setting the tone for the season and communicating vision across the wider business
- Delivering consistently strong, original designs across categories
- Managing the full design process—from concept to CAD to sign-off
