We are working with an incredible boutique talent agency based in the heart of Sydney. They are a dynamic and fast-growing agency working at the intersection of fashion, culture, and digital. The Creators Division represents some of the most exciting talent in the industry, and we’re on the hunt for a bright, motivated, and culturally tuned-in Assistant to join the close-knit team.
You’ll be supporting two senior team members and working alongside a small but growing team in the Creators Division. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity, ideal for someone with 1–2 years of relevant experience in PR, social media, talent management, or the digital/creative industries. Think Gen Z energy, fashion-adjacent, creatively curious, and highly organised.
You’ll get immediate exposure to high-profile clients and talent, be in the room for top-level meetings, and receive on-the-job training with real opportunities for progression.
Location: Surry Hills
Salary: $55-$65k + super + bonus (dependent on experience, flexible for senior candidates)
Working arrangements: Friday WFH

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Day-to-day administrative support for senior team members
- Managing talent calendars, event invites, dressing/gifting opportunities
- Tracking social media posts and performance metrics
- Assisting with the creation of media kits, presentations, and strategy decks
- Supporting talent across the agency and helping prep for campaigns and appearances
- Taking notes during meetings, assisting with internal comms and coordination
- Attending client and talent meetings from day one
REQUIREMENTS +
- 1–2 years' experience in a PR, talent management, digital media, or agency setting
- A strong interest in creators, culture, fashion, and digital platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A natural ability to present yourself and others well
- A can-do attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn on the job
- Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A collaborative spirit – it’s all hands on deck in this team
