The Role
As Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the full marketing ecosystem — from campaign strategy and digital performance, to CRM, social media, and PR execution. Your north star? Driving customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and global revenue growth through insight-led initiatives and creative excellence.
You’ll manage and mentor a growing marketing team, work cross-functionally with stakeholders across design, retail, wholesale, and operations, and oversee agency partners to bring your vision to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Trade & Brand Marketing
- Own and execute the global marketing calendar, aligned with seasonal product launches and international events
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring campaign content is on-brand, on-budget, and on time
- Lead retail and wholesale marketing initiatives with compelling content and storytelling
- Manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI across key touchpoints Social Media & Content
- Develop and execute an engaging social strategy to grow brand visibility and social commerce
- Plan and lead content shoots, bringing products to life in visually striking and scroll-stopping ways
- Optimise engagement and revenue by analysing what content converts and resonates
- Benchmark against global competitors to ensure best-in-class performance Digital Marketing & CRM
- Own all digital performance metrics including acquisition, ROAS, and session growth
- Lead digital campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and content — with full oversight of performance and optimisation
- Build CRM flows and segmentation strategies to boost retention and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scale campaigns and streamline delivery
REQUIREMENTS +
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in fashion, beauty, or premium consumer goods
- Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journeys, and e-commerce best practices
- A flair for creative storytelling, content creation, and brand building
- Excellent analytical skills — confident interpreting performance data and optimising accordingly
- Previous experience managing a team and agency partners
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering high-impact work in a team environment
