About the role:

We're seeking a Creative digital superstar to lead the visual identity for our client across all digital platforms. This role involves crafting high-converting email designs, enhancing website experiences, and producing compelling ad creatives that resonate with audiences.

About you:

Our ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a similar position across Fashion or Beauty previously. Be well versed across all of the digital space; paid ads, visual assets, edms. You’ll be someone looking to make an impact with bold, fierce ideas.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Own the design and UX of our website, landing pages, and email templates
  • Plan and execute creative email campaigns (design, copy, and flow)
  • Design or brief creative for digital ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life
  • Partner with performance marketers to align creative with audience behaviour
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while pushing boundaries
  • Ideate and implement A/B tests across emails and web assets to improve performance
  • Stay across the latest trends in digital design, UX, and performance marketing tools

REQUIREMENTS +

  • A strong portfolio showcasing elevated digital work in eComm, ideally the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space
  • Experience in Adobe Suite, Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • A sharp eye for premium branding and digital storytelling
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving, creative brand environment
  • 3–5+ years experience in digital design or brand strategy roles
  • Experience across both agency and in-house teams (bonus points for startup/scale-up environments)
