What you’ll do

• Concept, sketch, and design trend-led womenswear styles that embody the brand’s signature aesthetic

• Collaborate with Product Developers and Technicians to bring your designs from mood board to market

• Translate catwalk, street style, and social media trends into commercially powerful product

• Create tech packs, source materials, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely approvals

• Attend fittings and partner with teams to achieve impeccable fit, finish, and design integrity

• Analyse trade insights to inform future designs and keep product fresh and first-to-market

• Maintain product systems and data accuracy throughout the process

What you’ll bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar womenswear design role

• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills (bonus points for experience with prints, pattern fills, or 3D platforms)

• Deep knowledge of garment construction, fabric capabilities, and product development

• A sharp eye for trend and the instinct to translate ideas into bestsellers

• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills

• Experience with tech packs, fit processes, and working closely with offshore suppliers

• A relevant design degree is ideal, though experience and passion speak louder
