MARKETING DIRECTOR | FAST-GROWING FASHION & ECOMMERCE BRAND
Are you a strategic marketing leader who thrives on owning the full customer funnel — from brand to performance to retention?
Our client is one of Australia's fastest-growing fashion and eCommerce brands, known for its bold identity and loyal customer base. As they scale, they're looking for a Marketing Director to own the planning, orchestration and governance of marketing activity across every channel.
Reporting to the CMO, you'll translate commercial and brand objectives into an integrated, channel-neutral marketing and media plan — and drive it end-to-end. You'll directly own performance and retention channels (paid media, search, affiliates, email/CRM and social), while working closely with Brand, eCommerce, Buying and Creative to ensure everything ladders up to one plan.
This is a role for someone who can build a plan, defend the trade-offs in it, and turn data into decisions.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a business with real scale, a strong brand, and a leadership team that backs its marketing function. If you're ready to own the full funnel and shape where the brand goes next, we want to hear from you.
