INFLUENCER AND PARTNERSHIPS LEAD | SYDNEY
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Influencer & Partnerships Lead to join a fast-growing Australian beauty brand.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who lives and breathes beauty, creators and social media. You’ll be responsible for building a strong influencer ecosystem, creating a consistent pipeline of high-performing content and developing partnerships that drive brand awareness, engagement and growth.
The Opportunity
You’ll own the influencer and partnerships function end-to-end — from identifying and building relationships with the right creators, through to negotiating partnerships, managing content delivery and measuring results.
You’ll work closely with Social and Performance Marketing to ensure creator content is not only on-brand and culturally relevant, but also commercially effective.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially savvy, highly organised and genuinely plugged into the beauty and social landscape, with a strong eye for talent and content that performs.
Takes ownership and gets things done without being chased.
Moves quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Has strong creative instincts but is equally comfortable looking at the numbers.
Builds authentic, long-term relationships with creators and partners.
Is constantly looking for the next creator, trend or opportunity.
Brings ideas to the table rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Cares about the details and maintains a high standard.
Measures performance and uses data to make better decisions.
If you’re passionate about beauty, obsessed with creators and know how to turn influencer relationships into exceptional content and commercial results, we’d love to hear from you.
