The Role
As the Designer, you'll be responsible for creating commercially successful collections that respond quickly to market trends and customer demand.
Working closely with Buying, Product Development, and Production, you'll manage the design process from initial concept through to production, ensuring products are delivered on time and aligned with the brand's vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Design and develop trend-led collections with a quick-to-market focus
- Translate global trends into commercially successful products
- Create technical CADs, tech packs, and product specifications
- Manage the development process from concept through to production
- Partner with offshore suppliers throughout sampling and production
- Review samples and provide technical feedback to ensure quality and fit
- Work closely with Buying and Product teams to build commercially balanced ranges
- Stay ahead of fashion trends and identify new product opportunities
REQUIREMENTS +
- Previous experience as a Fashion Designer or QTM Designer within apparel
- Strong commercial eye and trend forecasting ability
- Experience managing the end-to-end product development process
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and technical CAD creation
- Experience working with offshore suppliers and factories
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and fast-paced product development
