RESPONSIBILITIES +

Supply Chain and Production

  • Manage end-to-end production processes with manufacturing partners in China.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore factories to ensure quality, cost and delivery targets are achieved.
  • Negotiate production timelines and proactively manage risks and delays.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and quality standards.

Logistics & Freight Management

  • Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Manage international freight, customs clearance and shipping providers.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of goods into local distribution centres and warehouses.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Warehousing & Inventory Management

  • Lead relationships with 3PL providers and warehouse partners, both domestically and internationally.
  • Monitor warehouse performance, inventory accuracy and service levels.
  • Drive best practice inventory controls and stock management processes.
  • Ensure efficient order fulfilment across both wholesale and DTC channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.

Wholesale

  • Act as the operational lead for major wholesale accounts, with a particular focus on Woolworths.
  • Partner with Woolworths stakeholders to align forecasting, replenishment and promotional activity.
  • Monitor customer performance and proactively address supply or availability risks.
  • Support ranging activities, seasonal planning and new product launches.
  • Ensure retailer compliance requirements and service expectations are consistently met.

Product Development

  • Lead the operational delivery of new product development initiatives from concept through to launch.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to ensure timely execution.
  • Establish critical path timelines and monitor key milestones.
  • Evaluate manufacturing capabilities, costings and feasibility for new products.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the product development process.

Demand Planning & Commercial Performance

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts across wholesale and DTC channels.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align inventory plans with revenue objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock investment.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and S&OP processes.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven experience in supply chain, operations or production management within FMCG, beauty, retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of international sourcing, logistics, inventory management and demand planning.
  • Experience managing key retail or wholesale accounts is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised with a commercial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
