A leading fashion brand is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute its global social media strategy. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and commercial performance across all social channels, while overseeing influencer partnerships, content creation, and social reporting.
Working closely with marketing, ecommerce, creative, and external agency partners, the successful candidate will own the end-to-end social media function, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with broader business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Develop and execute the social media strategy across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaign launches, trading activity, and broader marketing initiatives.
- Lead influencer and creator partnerships, including sourcing, onboarding, relationship management, gifting programs, and campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyse social media and influencer performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Create and brief engaging social-first content across static, video, UGC, and trend-led formats, working closely with internal and external creative teams.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to identify high-performing content opportunities and support integrated organic and paid social strategies.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging social trends, and algorithm changes to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
- Manage community engagement across social platforms, responding to customer interactions and identifying opportunities to build advocacy and loyalty.
- Support PR and brand partnership initiatives, working closely with agency partners to maximise brand exposure and influencer opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven social media management experience within a fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, community management, and platform best practice.
- Demonstrated experience managing influencer and creator partnerships, including campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Highly creative with experience developing engaging content that drives audience growth and brand engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience using social media management, reporting, and influencer marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams.
- Confident creating video content and comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
