This is a highly dynamic role where you’ll support the Merchandise Manager across multiple channels — from retail stores to international platforms — giving you broad exposure and real commercial impact.

The Role

As Merchandise Planner, you’ll support the end-to-end planning function across retail stores, online channels, and key wholesale partnerships. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring stock is optimised, trading is supported, and performance opportunities are maximised.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Support the Merchandise Manager across planning, reporting, and trading activities
  • Deliver weekly reporting with insights on sales, stock, and performance
  • Execute bi-monthly allocations to retail stores to optimise stock flow
  • Coordinate promotional calendars to support trading outcomes
  • Manage stock flow ensuring availability aligns with demand
  • Support planning across a vendor-managed wholesale model across multiple doors
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or merchandise admin
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with sales and stock data
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple channels and priorities
  • Good understanding of retail and eCommerce environments
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially minded
