Role Overview
This role is best suited to a strong Senior Art Director looking to step into creative direction. It is highly hands-on with art direction and creative execution, working within a small team where you can shape the brand and make the role your own.

We are ideally seeking someone with experience managing at least two people, but we are open to backgrounds that demonstrate creative leadership and a strong portfolio in lifestyle, product, or online brand storytelling.

The work focuses on D2C online branding and core visual storytelling, with opportunities to evolve and expand the creative function over time. 

The business is in a strong growth phase. You will have space to shape creative direction, evolve the role, and contribute meaningfully to how the brand looks and feels across shoots, campaigns, and product storytelling. This role suits a creative who is ready to make the jump toward creative direction or step up from Senior Art Director level.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Lead and manage the design team, setting the vision and direction for visual communications across all touchpoints: digital, social, print, packaging, retail and experiential.
  • Develop, define and maintain the best-practice visual language, ensuring clarity, cohesion and distinction in a competitive market.
  • Champion and evolve the aesthetic, educating internal teams and external partners on what the brand “looks and feels like.”
  • Ensure all creative output reflects the brand’s positioning as a premium yet accessible home and lifestyle brand.
  • Oversee creative strategy and art direction for all product releases, promotional campaigns, retail initiatives and performance marketing collateral.
  • Ensure creative aligns with broader business objectives, revenue targets and seasonal strategies.
  • Mentor and manage direct reports, fostering a culture of creative excellence, accountability and growth
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations and Leadership to align creative output with commercial strategy
  • Implement efficient creative workflows and production processes
  • This is a role where you can truly make an impact and evolve the creative direction over time.
