RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Strategy & Planning: Lead global social strategy, set KPIs, and plan campaigns around launches, events, and seasonal moments.
- Content & Publishing: Create and oversee content across platforms, collaborate with ambassadors and partners, and manage digital assets.
- Community & Engagement: Grow and nurture the online community, respond to messages, and escalate issues when needed.
- Campaigns & Activations: Coordinate social campaigns, cover live events, and plan event content with regional teams.
- Ambassador Program: Manage the global program, onboard ambassadors/athletes, track performance, and strengthen the community.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Bold, creative, and fearless in social media strategy and execution.
- 3 – 5 years prior experience in global social media, content creation, and community management.
- Skilled storyteller with photography, video, and writing capabilities.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns seamlessly.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to communities.
