Today, we’d like you to meet Amelia Hubbard, who works across our Ecommerce, Social Media, and Content PR desk, partnering with top brands and agencies to find the brightest digital and creative talent.

What is your role at Who in the Zoo, and could you share your background?

*“I’m currently working across the Ecommerce, Social Media, and Content PR desk at Who in the Zoo, connecting top digital and creative talent with exciting brands and agencies. My background is a mix of government, financial roles, and digital contract work, which gave me a strong foundation in both structured environments and fast-moving creative industries.

I moved to Australia six years ago and instantly fell in love with the lifestyle, culture, and people — I’m proud to now call it home.”*

What do clients and candidates appreciate most about working with you?

*“People appreciate that I’m genuinely passionate about the space I recruit in. I love fashion, content, and all things digital — so I speak the same language as my candidates and clients.

My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I focus on building real relationships and offering thoughtful, tailored advice.”*

Outside of work, what are your passions and hobbies?

*“I love staying connected to fashion and culture — whether that’s exploring local markets, discovering up-and-coming designers, or diving into social trends.

Outside of that, I enjoy reformer Pilates, spending time at the beach, and hunting down the best flat whites in town. Recently, I’ve also been experimenting with content creation and styling on the side — just for fun!”*
