Working with sterling silver and solid gold, the two sisters meld their contrasting styles to create striking contemporary pieces. Known for the addictive Franc Stacks and limited-edition collections, our client is a brand that understands and embraces the emotional significance behind a piece of jewellery. Designed in Hobart, Tasmania and created both locally and abroad, their pieces are filled with laughter and love every step of the way.

The Role 

  • As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with company's Creative Director/CMO to execute a compelling brand vision across all marketing initiatives. 

  • You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage strategic partnerships, oversee brand messaging, and develop innovative digital and CRM strategies to drive growth and engagement whilst supporting and nurturing an engaged team.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Collaborate with company's Creative Director to ensure all marketing campaigns align with the brand’s identity and values, whilst overseeing the full life cycle of all campaigns ensuring they are leveraged efficiently.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, PR, influencer marketing, and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Day-to-day analysis of CRM data and campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
  • Experienced in integrated marketing campaigns, CRM, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media, PR, and influencer marketing.
  • An inspiring team leader, capable of mentoring and driving high-performance teams.
