Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in driving wholesale operations and sales to new heights within a contemporary and elegant fashion brand?
We are seeking a dynamic Wholesale Operations and Sales Manager to our client’s team, reporting directly to the CEO and the Senior Brand and Sales Manager. As the Wholesale Operations and Sales Manager, you will work collaboratively with a talented team in Sydney to achieve strategic sales goals.

Sales:
Craft and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Evaluate and prioritize the current customer list, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Channel high-volume business into top-tier accounts while efficiently closing bottom-tier deals.
Identify and pursue wholesale opportunities both domestically and internationally.
Take charge of wholesale sales as needed, ensuring excellence in execution.
Collaborate in coordinating wholesale sales calendars and budgets.
Participate in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for special production.
Provide valuable insights for sales reports and product feedback, contributing to the optimization of monthly ranges and replenishment.
Offer feedback on retail sell-through and product performance to refine strategies.
Brand:
Work alongside the Senior Brand and Sales Manager, Brand Marketing & Creative Consultant, and Creative Director to establish and maintain a robust wholesale marketing calendar.
Manage database marketing activities aligned with production schedules.
Oversee brand representation and presence among wholesalers, adhering to liquidation guidelines.
Coordinate marketing subsidies, competitions, and voucher initiatives.
Ensure effective distribution of assets such as taglines, catalogues, and digital packages.
Sales Operations:
Support regional brand marketing requirements to enhance market presence.
Oversee wholesale range sell-close operations across all territories, maintaining pricing integrity.
Conduct monthly budget audits, ensuring accuracy from Joor to Niche Check.
Manage monthly range replenishment programs and special production cuts.
Coordinate e-commerce shoot preparation to align with wholesale sales objectives.
Benefits:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in wholesale operations and sales management within Fashion/Retail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite).
