 About the role

They're on the lookout for their next Business Intelligence Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives and navigate the daily operations of the BI team. They will be responsible for all strategic, tactical, operational, financial, human, and technical resource managerial responsibilities. As the visionary behind the BI strategy, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that drive our business forward, all while guiding us through a major transformation project.

 About You

To excel in this role, a unique blend of technical prowess in front-end development, coupled with exemplary customer service and communication skills, is essential The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of demonstrated experience in a business-facing reporting or analysis capacity, with proficiency in software such as Tableau, SAP BI 4.x, Web Intelligence 4.x, SQL Server 2016, and Microsoft SSAS Cubes & Models. Extensive knowledge of BI practices and concepts, coupled with expertise in data quality practices and dimensional modeling, is essential. Candidates should exhibit a proven ability to lead transformation projects, driving future strategies while effectively managing legacy business operations. Familiarity with technologies including SAP ECC, Retail POS, Salesforce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is advantageous, with prior experience in the fashion industry being a plus. Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization are crucial.
