The Role
In this role, the Swimwear Designer will be responsible for developing and delivering on a timely swimwear product pipeline that meets the brand essence of sustainability and protection for leaks, trend driven design focusing on our key customer segments, and the identification and coordination of operational capabilities and limitations. Stay abreast of worldwide market conditions and developments in the global swimwear space
About You
This role requires a forward thinker who is both creative and has their finger on our key customer segment pulse. A Designer who is excited by the opportunity to work in a disruptive category with industry-changing products. With 10+ years of experience in Product Development and Design roles with expertise in textile/apparel development and experience working in fast paced, or high growth environment. Extensive travel background a plus, particularly in production markets. ERP experience highly regarded, specifically PLM.
