This is a great entry level opportunity with a fun fashion brand for those marketers who are looking for their first role either in marketing or in the industry! Perhaps you've got 6-12 months work experience or maybe have done a couple of internships, we would love to hear from you!
INFLUENCER MARKETING
Support the PR & Marketing Executive in Identify on-brand influencer targets globally, conducting influencer outreach and negotiation and following up influencer deliverables.
Manage all influencer product requests and gifting as required, sending the most suitable collection assets (line sheets, look books, website) for selects.
Order all influencer product and gifting requests promptly and provide tracking proactively, building a relationship with the logistics and warehouse team for seamless and timely delivery.
Manage influencer product and gifting budget monthly
Provide regular liaison with the PR & Marketing Executive and Social Media Manager to ensure they have full visibility of upcoming influencer content.
Follow up on all influencer product and gifting sent to ensure high success rate for organic deliverables.
Monitor, capture and report on all influencer coverage to the PR & Marketing Executive.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Support the PR & Marketing Executive with all requests and orders required for media gifting, sample send-outs for all media requests.
Support the Head of Communications with all agency requests and orders required for gifting.
Support the Head of Communications by ensuring all agencies are provided with the relevant sample collections ahead of scheduled activity and are returned afterwards.
Assist with the coordination of events and activations.
PHOTOSHOOTS
Coordinate all samples required for photoshoots.
Assist with shoot preparation including sourcing, photographing, steaming and packing sample, styling items and props.
Assist with shoot set up, running duties and pack down.
Return all samples to showroom following shoots.
Ad hoc assistance for Creative Producer on all campaigns and shoots where needed.
Management and maintenance of studio and sample room as required.
SAMPLE MANAGEMENT
Manage all sample movement from sell-in through to GTM.
Ensure the showroom is kept organised and up to date.
GENERAL MARKETING TEAM SUPPORT
Assist with the coordination of events and activations.
Assist with the coordination of retail initiatives.
Assist with head office and team culture initiatives.
Assist with ad hoc reporting and general administration as required.
