My client is an ecommerce powerhouse experiencing exponential growth with no intention to slow down and they are now on the hunt for a Social Media Manager to join their team and be a part of their success.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role requires a creative spark to utilise digital and social media to strengthen the brands digital presence and further their reach, engagement and revenue. Working closely with the PR Team and Content Creator you will embrace collaboration and show independence to take charge of the role and continue to push boundaries in the fashion scene.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Manage performance and develop activity across both organic and paid social media channels
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all social media channels
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns
- Monitor the performance of social media platforms through regular reporting
- Monitor the performance of competitor content/ activity, industry trends and providing actionable insights and best practices
- Collaborate with social media agencies and platform head offices across paid media
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to drive growth, engagement and revenue
- Collaborate with the PR & Influencer team to develop content strategies
- Collaborate with the Graphics team and Creative Manager to optimise creative and content
- Collaborate with the Production and Buying teams; managing the marketing calendar/ posts to grow the social media presence and increase overall brand awareness
- Develop relationships for brand partnerships
- Launch new social channels with the opportunity to develop your own team
REQUIREMENTS +
- MIN 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Data-driven analysis expertise with proficiency and a high level of understanding of Google Analytics and social media monitoring tools
- Solid understanding of social media strategy as well as wider digital marketing strategies and eCommerce
- Strong copywriting skills
- Experience across social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, twitter and Pinterest
- Relevant fashion industry experience is A MUST
- Current influencer relationships
- Highly creative individual who can think outside the box
- Highly motivated with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and high level of initiative
