As a senior member of the team, reporting into the CEO, this role will see you implementing unique traditional and digital marketing initiatives; driving customer traffic and ultimately converting sales nationally and internationally. This role requires a strong leader who can hit the ground running and is hands on in their approach.

You will embrace collaboration working closely with the senior stakeholders of the business but also show independence to take over and make this role your own. The perfect candidate will have a strong understanding of omni-channel marketing, be highly organised, creative and passionate.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Review previous marketing strategy and execute suitable initiatives, working with key stakeholders and external advisors to implement a fresh, new marketing plan
  • Ensure marketing calendar and promotional events are taken into consideration to effectively and proactively contribute to increase brand awareness
  • Implement marketing strategy to promote brand awareness and optimise ROI across the websites and physical sites
  • Use data driven approach and best practice to optimise and improve channel performance as well as on-going loyalty program development
  • Develop and manage marketing budget to achieve aggressively targeted sales and brand growth
  • Effectively manage external relationships to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Coordinate objectives and briefing of marketing campaigns for digital, social and sites
  • Manage CRM program including database acquisition, data enrichment, customer engagement and reporting
  • Manage agency relationships in delivery of marketing programs

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 3+ years experience in a Marketing Manager position
  • Proven experience in delivering growth in an omni-channel environment
  • Advanced understanding of web metrics and digital analytics with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data into actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Degree in related discipline – Marketing, Business/Commerce qualifications
