You will have a proven track record of driving sales growth across a number of brands within international markets including USA, Middle East, Europe and UK. You will be responsible for the commercial management and strategic relationships with existing accounts as well as identify, establish and develop new distribution partnerships in new markets. You are a results-driven leader who can deliver exceptional service and grow profitable sales and market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to support the business objectives
  • Maintain and build solid business partnerships with key accounts, both retailers and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and business development
  • Day to day management of existing distribution accounts in the USA, Middle East, Europe and UK markets
  • Brand presentations and range showings to international distributors and major accounts
  • Ensure customer service standards are to brand guidelines, maintaining the brand’s image and footprint globally
  • Exceeding sales KPI’s and targets, ensuring portfolio growth per distribution channel
  • Build P&L by market and monitor performance against strategic business plan
  • Comprehensive understanding of the principles used in the pricing and marketing strategies
  • Provide direct support and retailer marketing to clients positioning the business as a brand leader
  • Financial analysis and sales forecast accuracy
  • Reporting market performance, identifying areas of opportunity, sales and profit growth and presenting results to the wider business

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Minimum of 5 years' international sales experience within the cosmetic, skin care or beauty industry
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with global distributors and major retailers
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to forecast and forward plan
  • Strong sales, analytical and financial skills with previous experience working with P&L reports
  • Ability to influence effectively at all levels and present to key business stakeholders
  • Detailed knowledge of key business drivers and performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of export intercoms and ability to understand and generate commercial agreements
  • Understanding of global product registration and regulation
  • Demonstrated exposure to senior level account management and negotiations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Great interpersonal communication skills and well-presented
  • The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines on a weekly basis
