This incredible opportunity would be perfect for an experienced Sales Manager to be a part of their senior management team, responsible for carrying out all aspects of our sales strategy with an innovative approach.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the relationships with retailer accounts and distributors; managing opportunity pipelines to penetrate new markets and sales both locally and internationally. As the primary business contact, you will be responsible for all sales initiatives, the administration of orders and identifying growth opportunities to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
You will lead joint customer business plans focusing on delivering the company’s strategic goals whilst maintaining a close working relationship with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Logistics, Production and Finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Implementation of strategy to achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
- Make recommendations to leverage additional sales whilst ensuring profit margins are maintained
- Manage related costs to achieve financial budget each financial year
- Work closely with existing major Accounts to manage all aspects of their account, whilst also exploring and securing new major accounts
- Negotiate with new and existing major accounts/ agents and distributors to maximise the sales relationship and profit
- Drive range reviews with key retailer accounts to maximise profitability
- Drive sales meetings with key internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to win business (e.g. Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Operations and Production)
- Report on sell through, market trends and demands
- Over-see sales budgets, sell throughs and stock on hand, across all brands
- Manage timeline communication, deliveries and stock expectations for major accounts
- Minimize stock on hand and develop off price inventory clearance channels
REQUIREMENTS +
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with a womenswear fashion label
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience with majors nationally and/ or internationally
- Proven track record of success achieving set sales targets and objectives and enjoy management customer relationships.
- Superior project management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of autonomy
- Strong work ethic, flexible in approach and supportive of others
