OPERATIONS MANAGER - SUSTAINABLE BRAND

Reporting to the CFO, as a senior team member you will be responsible for the strategic development and management of the entire warehouse and 3PL. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results driven, adheres to deadlines, strives for the highest quality standards for the brand and enjoys working within a fast paced, focused environment.  

This newly created role will see you managing all inbound and outbound stock/ shipping across AUS, NZ, USA and UK. You will embrace collaboration whilst also showing independence to take over and make the role your own!

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Managing third party logistics companies; including inbound receivables and outbound dispatch
  • Preparing stock for dispatch as per client compliance
  • Organising overseas export shipments
  • Preparing shipment documentation inclusive customs documentation
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing goods
  • Handling all stock and general enquiries
  • General admin work including invoicing

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Relevant Warehouse management software and systems
  • Expert in warehouse management procedures and best practice
  • Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs'
  • Positive friendly attitude
  • Hardworking, with a willingness to learn
  • Fashion Industry experience
