My client is currently seeking an experience Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager to propel this companies online presence to the next level and be responsible for the leading digital and online strategies.
The ideal candidate will has extensive skills in ecommerce, sales advertisement and digital marketing management to deliver exceptional online experience for the brands consumer’s.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Develop and implement the online merchandising strategy and content plan in line with Marketing Calendar
- Work within CMS software, EDM software, social channels and allocated ERP systems as required
- Develop and implement customer service strategies across all channels, including returns analysis, monitoring warehouse SLA's, working cross-functionally with teams both internal and external.
- Work with PR Manager & Brands Manager to monitor all digital, social and promotion marketing activities to achieve monthly online
- Manage SEM strategy, working with third party digital teams as required, supplying content for digital marketing promotions; banner advertising, display advertising, consumer promotions, collection launches.
- Monitor social and digital channel performance reporting to Brands Manager weekly on customer and traffic acquisition, engagement and conversion.
- Work with Brands Manager to supply content and briefs to external third party teams as required; graphic designer, digital agencies, creative agencies
- Managing third party graphic designers to edit all seasonal content for marketing requirements
- Stay informed of changes and developments in digital commerce, social media and marketing best practises advising the team as required.
REQUIREMENTS +
- A tertiary qualification in Communications / Marketing or similar fields
- Min 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership, management & interpersonal skills driving best in class processes, behaviours and practices
- Strong partnering & collaborative skills to drive overall web / e-tail performance
- Successful track record with e-commerce, web production, creative, and digital marketing
- Experience in Google Analytics, CRMS, Survey software and web platforms (Magento 2 is an advantage)
