RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Effective management and leadership of the eCommerce and webstore teams
  • Leading the development and delivery or annual eCommerce and digital marketing plans, strategy and Go To Market programs
  • Managing all aspects of digital marketing including CRM, voice of customer, eCommerce, content strategy, product/brand optimisation etc.
  • Generating strategic insights from data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive incremental revenue
  • Managing all relevant internal and external relationships for eCommerce and digital
  • Accountable for end to end Ecommerce, overseeing distribution, customer service, online content, studio, design and all strategic partnerships
  • Responsible for driving all technical development from platform, hosting, 3rd party tools, site maintenance trouble shooting
  • Drive traffic, customer acquisition, retention and user experience

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Deep understanding of brand management
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and graphic design tools (HTML, Adobe Suite, Google analytics, SEM & SEO)
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Develop innovative ideas leading to continuous improvement
  • Creativity and organization with a true passion for storytelling and community
