About the role:
As Senior Creative Manager, you’re the guardian of the brand’s visual world. You’ll craft the storytelling, shape campaign concepts and make sure everything across digital, social and ecommerce feels elevated, relevant and built to stop a scrolling thumb in its tracks. This is a 12 month FTC where you’ll lead end to end creative across global markets including Australia and the US.
About you:
You’re a fashion focused creative leader who knows how to blend aesthetic instinct with commercial thinking. You’ve got 5 plus years of experience working within trend driven brands, womenswear businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the brand’s creative DNA, ensuring a consistent aesthetic across all channels.
- Translate business priorities and seasonal product direction into clear creative concepts for each campaign.
- Partner with the Design, Buying, and Planning teams to align visual storytelling with key product focuses (e.g., event dressing, beach to bar, or siren).
- Oversee end-to-end campaign development — from moodboards to shoot execution and post-production.
- Direct and approve all campaign shoots and e-commerce assets.
- Manage creative execution for homepage tiles, navigation banners, EDM imagery, and digital ads.
- Work closely with the social team to create scroll-stopping video content and storytelling series that hero product and personality
- Lead and mentor a Creative Team of stylists, photographers, graphic designers, and coordinators.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and approvals to maintain brand consistency and high visual standards.
- Manage all creative production budgets - campaign, studio, post-production, and freelance.
- Prioritise workflow and deadlines for campaign and e-commerce calendars.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a creative role within fast fashion, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands.
- Proven experience in ecommerce creative direction, including merchandising and digital marketing assets.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with experience handling creative budgets.
- A strong portfolio of work showcasing fashion creative direction across multiple platforms.
