Social Media & Marketing Coordinator – Fearless Fashion (SYD)

This is a brand delivering on trend for the independent women of the world – the ones that work to get what is theirs !

The role involves working within a marketing team, reporting directly to the sales and brand director. It will require a creative spark to utilise digital and social media to strengthen the brands digital presence.

You will be responsible for:

Social Media

  • Prepare mood boarding via inspirational images, ensuring cohesiveness for all social media
  • Scheduling social media posts on schedugram at least 2-3 days in advance and adjusting posts
  • Copywriting for all post captions across platforms
  • Monitoring of on-brand and maximum engagement rate hashtags
  • Retail Customer service on Instagram DM’s and responding within 1 hour to customer and audience compliments and complaints
  • Wholesale Customer service on Instagram with growing database and sales in mind. Forwarding to our sales team by 1 hr.
  • Instant posts on Instagram – when requested by team and posting instantly. 30mins during the week and 1hr on weekends.
  • Requesting and implementing post initiatives including ‘insta squares’ or Instagram stories with creative team and following through with execution.
  • Tagging all products for sale on Foursixty
  • Organisation of Sponsored ads across Instagram and google ads.
  • Organisation of Sponsored ads across Facebook
  • Customer service on Facebook and responding immediately to customer and audience compliments and complaints Response time of one hour.
  • Wholesale Customer service on Facebook with growing database and sales in mind. Forwarding to sales team.

 

Influencer Brand Marketing

  • Strategy – Brainstorming, developing and executing any high level and low level influencer collaborations when required to achieve success out of PR strategies.
  • Reporting – Collecting Data on influencer reporting including but not limited to on content, conversions, stock levels and other required reporting categories

 

Activations & Events

  • Assist with team on coordination of dynamic, effective and successful in store and out of store activations with our key partners domestically and internationally
  • Assist with team on coordination of dynamic, effective and successful POS designs and signage to maximize branding working closely with graphic and art designers.
  • Assist with team on coordination of dynamic, effective and successful any fashion shows, trade shows, influencer events and other events to maximize branding domestically and internationally
  • Assist with team on coordination of dynamic, effective and successful cross brand collaborations
