Your role as the Graphic Design and Digital Content Specialist will coordinate the creation, scheduling, curation, collaboration, editing and sourcing of digital content across the brand’s website and digital channels.

This role is perfect for a driven and passionate team member who will thrive in this brand’s dynamic office space.

Based in the trendy fashion hub of Sydney – what more could you want?

You Will:

  • Working with Manager in implementing and executing a Digital Strategy and Marketing Plan

Create and maintain relationships with friends the brand to promote the season ie: influencers, content creators, selected publications, stylists

  • Plan seasonal dressing suites to dress friends of the brand to generate content for the season
  • Heavy involvement with Shoot Concepts, Production and Coordination of look books, campaigns, brand activations
  • Working with Creative Director on image and content creation
  • Content creation using imagery provided and take initiative to make content
  • Creation and delivery of fortnightly EDM
  • Produce all social media content across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
  • Maintain, visually plan and schedule using our social channels/blog/website
  • Monitoring performance of Social Media platforms by regularly analysing and reporting on key performance metrics such as effectiveness of channels and content, audience growth and engagement.
  • Work with web developers to implement onsite changes aimed at improving SEO
  • Work with our digital marketing agency on creating online campaigns that drive sales
  • Website Maintenance from an aesthetic/graphic perspective
  • Having a good understanding of the back end of the website – launching collections online and handling all website requirements in regards to images and uploads.



  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of related education in Graphic Design or Marketing (not essential but ideal)
  • Experience in Graphic Design and/or Social Media Marketing
  • Deep understanding of community development, social planning, social management, content optimisation & engagement tracking
  • Attention to detail with a keen creative and analytical mind-set
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand and work with Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign and Hootsuite
