FASHION Territory Manager – Global Presence – VIC & TAS

We are now looking for a motivated Territory Manager to nurture an existing client base and initiate new business leads across VIC & TAS. You will be sales driven and love the thrill of growing and developing a territory with your excellent relationship management skills.


Passion for the product and providing your customers with exceptional customer service will set you apart from the rest! This is a largely autonomous, on the road role, so the ability to self-motivate and drive sales independently is essential.



The key areas you will be responsible for will include but are not limited to…


  • Achieving and exceeding of sales targets and KPI’s
  • Servicing established accounts and developing new business
  • Liaising with customers to develop new business strategies to help with product sell through
  • Preparing sales, distribution and competitor movement reports for management
  • Providing technical product training to your customers
  • Visual merchandising to ensure top brand positioning that outshines your competitors
  • Regular reporting and competitor analysis to senior management
  • Attending trade shows and marketing events interstate

  • Previous experience in a similar Territory Management or Sales environment.
  • The ability to work independently and self-motivate in an autonomous environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing a call cycle and achieving sales and KPI targets
  • Proven ability to cold call and develop new business as well as the ability to manage and grow existing accounts
  • Experience within the fashion/footwear wholesale industry is preferred
  • Understanding of seasonal ranges and showings
  • Have the ability to multi task and prioritise your workload
  • Great communication skills – written and verbal



Flexibility is essential within the role as regular travel is required. Your accounts will be across VIC & TAS while being based in Melbourne. This will require regular travel, regular call cycle maintenance and contact with your customers.

However, we are also open to candidates with a strong sales ability with demonstrated on the road sales experience, who have come from a fashion retail or similar background.
