Best known for their sophisticated and feminine designs, understated elegance and urban attitude, this fashion powerhouse is now looking for a career driven and enthusiastic National and International Sales Manager to join in on the worldwide domination.


The successful candidate will be a hardworking and independent employee who is a fast learner and has an endearing LOVE for fashion and have a strong understanding of the Australian fashion industry. You will possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, and will have aspirations of expanding their experience and skills within the company. This role requires a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to effectively execute the varied requirements of the role, whilst assisting in improving company profitability and market presence.

Exposure to all facets of managing within the wholesale and retail industry is truly essential, as is the drive to continue the growth of the company. The role will be responsible for managing store retail development, together with the growth of national and international wholesale operations as well as overseeing all brand strategy and new market positioning.


Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Lead collection showings to buyers across Australia
  • Develop growth strategies for wholesale operations, both nationally and internationally
  • Foster key account relationships and oversee day to day operations
  • Ensure operations run smoothly and meet the business standards
  • Analyse and report sales and marketing data
  • Identify, evaluate and implement new business/new revenue opportunities
  • Produce Weekly and Monthly reports
  • International client and sales relations
  • Setting FY sales budgets and able to drive sales growth with new opportunities


Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills and attributes

  • Min 5- 8 years’ experience working in similar role
  • Domestic and international wholesale fashion experience
  • Sales operations exposure
  • A measurable track record in retail sales growth
  • Experience in statistical analysing and reporting
  • An innate ability to re-position and improve brand placements
  • great sales experience and has worked to achieve sales targets
  • knowledge of NICHE is highly regarded
  • experience dealing with MAJORS (DJ’s or MYER)
  • experience dealing with the US market and other overseas markets
  • Advanced excel skills
  • have an in-depth understanding of the Australian fashion market
  • extremely organised and efficient
  • present extremely well


Salary will be negotiable dependent on experience.
