THIS IS A CAREER DEFINING ROLE! An amazing opportunity for an experienced marketer to utilise their creativity in creating awareness and desirability for this growing brand.

This role will see you working across the key brand pillars, managing PR and influencer marketing, lead and develop the Digital, content and e-commerce strategies. as you collectively work towards seeding brand partnerships.

 

Effectively this role works together with the marketing manager and head of online sales to deliver on the growth strategy through optimising products, services and showrooms. This is an incredible opportunity for any strategically creative minded person.

 

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with key influencers, agency partners, stylists and editorial partners
  • Support internal marketing team in identifying and obtaining talent relevant to market; develop tailored programs per market consistent with our global brand messaging
  • Oversee and develop structure and protocol for seasonal gifting, pre-orders, product seeding, influencer store visits and product pulls
  • Target new influencers who work with competitors and develop relevant engagement strategies
  • Identify key event opportunities for dressing as well as opportunities to host events
  • Measure ROI and impressions across initiatives in order to gauge success and inform future initiatives
  • Develop international 360 PR strategies, stories and campaigns for launches and events
  • Writing press releases for new collections and news tailored to international audiences
  • Identify story ideas to optimise coverage; utilise social tools to monitor conversations and identify new engagement opportunities
  • Work with external PR agencies on pitch lists across influencer, celebrity and (events, strategy sessions, etc.)
  • Additional duties such as file press clippings, sample logistics, new sample ordering, updating of PR calendar and contact database
  • Management of Awards Calendar
  • Liaise with marketing and executive team to compile and write awards applications
  • Building PR campaigns for awards won
  • Attending national awards ceremonies and public speaking if required

To be successful this is what we need from you ..

  • Bachelor degree in a Business/Marketing/PR
  • Minimum 5 years experience in PR, Brand Management or Influencer Marketing
  • Proven track record in strategically growing a brand and measuring success and ROI
  • Experience working within a budget
  • Highly developed planning and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Strong network of industry contacts and ability to build genuine relationships and expand networks
  • Highly skilled at bringing key internal and external parties together
  • Demonstrates highly effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
